Porcelain Vase Squall, H 32 cm

Fascinated by the plasticity and limits of material malleability, French designer Cédric Ragot created the Squall collection for Rosenthal. Squall builds upon the concept behind "Fast"—the highly successful vase Ragot designed in 2007—of capturing a movement in all its dynamism and freezing it in time. Squall evokes a whirlwind or a whirlpool, its primal force cast into the enduring medium of porcelain. Designer: Rosenthal Creative Center
