The PULCINA espresso maker, designed by Michele De Lucchi, is the result of intense research to optimize the shape of the jug to improve and promote the organoleptic properties of the coffee. Thanks to the special internal shape of its heating system, Pulcina automatically stops the brewing process at the right time. This interruption prevents the so-called eruption phase - the last filtration step that produces a burnt and bitter aftertaste - and ensures that only the best qualities of the coffee are retained, thus enhancing its full-bodied and rounded aroma. The spout is clearly defined: its characteristic V-shape, reminiscent of a chick's beak, has been specially designed to pour without dripping. Practical and functional - brewing coffee with Pulcina is as uncomplicated as with a traditional coffee maker. The product is compatible with all types of cookers, excluding induction.
